This year, from the 2nd to the 10th of June there will be the regatta of Saracen towers, an event that now arrives at its sixth edition.
The race involves several of the most important ports of the Gulf of Naples and Salerno in a path that stretches for about 200 miles.
The event, held together by the President of the Association “Regatta delle Torri Saracene” Mario Muscari, will start from the touristic port of Marina di Stabia and arrive at the final destination of the Gulf of Policastro.
The races will be characterized by a test round on June 2nd at 11 am, which will depart from Marina di Stabia with arrival at the Gulf of Policastro, and a test run of return, on June 11th, which will depart from the Gulf of Policastro, and will arrive in the beautiful azure waters of the island of Capri.
Mario Muscari regarding thus said: “the test rounds are divided by nine days, during which the local regattas of Scario-Sapri and the Palinuro Race are held. To allow the rowers to deepen their knowledge of the territory, we have also organized excursions and gastronomic appointments in the ports of reference “.

The regatta of the Saracen towers is an event that will touch the most disparate areas of the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno, from Marina di Camerota in Sapri, from Capri to Maratea and all shall be fighting for victory, there will be numerous boats, who all participate in the event.
