Ravello Festival 2013: music on the Amalfi Coast

The Ravello Festival is one of the most important music events in Italy. Various italian and international artists will hit the stage through the two months of festival.

The Ravello Festival will start on June 28th and bands and musicians of various genres will play in the amazing city of the Amalfi Coast. Classical music, jazz, world music and singer-songwriter will entertain this 2013 summer.

The talented Raphael Gualazzi will play on July 21th, whereas Nina Zilli and Fabrizio Bosso‘s gig will start on August 12th. Great expectations for Fiorella Mannoia, the italian singer-songwriter will play in the stunning scenario of Villa Rufolo, on Septmber 6th.

Not only italian musicians, but international arists too. David Knopfler of the Dire Straits will play at the Ravello Festival an unplugged set, on July 6th. And, always looking at the classic rock, there will be an exhibition of a Pink Floyd tribute band, the Pink Bricks, on July 12th.

Of course a lot of classical music will sound in Ravello. Various orchestras will play music of Rossini, Beethoven, Stavinskij and the most important names of classical music.

A great event, in a beautiful place like the Amalfi Coast: this is the Ravello Festival.
